Inspired by Central American modern coastal luxury and rugged mountain warmth, each unit is hand crafted to reflect nature in its simplicity as well as our family's Central American and NC mountain roots. Our goal is to provide a relaxing, pet and family friendly experience for all campers. We offer a variety of services, such as UTV rentals for those who want to explore the area, professional commercial and home cleaning services, as well as romance package services for those who want to add a touch of romance to their stay.

Professional Cleaning Services

New Morning Rentals offers affordable professional cleaning services.

Standard cleaning services-$45.00/hour.
Routine short-term rental cleaning services- $45 flat rate (additional fees are applied for exceptional situations)
Business cleaning services- contact us for a custom quote
Deep cleaning services- $100/hour for short jobs or flat rate fee (contact us for a custom quote)

Our Street-legal Kawasaki Teryx 1000 UTV is $80/hr or $180 per day (8 hours) and is available on a first-request basis with a waiver signed required for use. Enjoy scenic country roads with this 2-seater UTV.

**Driver must be 25yr old and a waiver will be required to be signed upon driving

New Morning Rentals provides romance package set-up services. The pricing ranges from $60-$99 depending on the options but it includes:

A romantic table setting for two with candlelight
Rose petal decorations
